Applying "SmartSteamEmu" to it changed the message shown when trying to join it from "Unable to join lobby" to "your playlists are older than the server's, please restart the game or join online" ( not exact messages but the general idea is there ). The Unranked Dedicated Server can be downloaded for free using steamcmd. They seem to be "created" by SmartSteamEmu and look more like "Steam notifications" ( you know when you see the game your friend is playing under his/her username in steam )
The servers shown in the server browser doesn't seem to be actual servers. Launching Cheat engine crashes the game ( see ) so using the technique described here ( Changing "FRLobbyLANGame" to "MPLobbyLANGame" or "ZMLobbyLANGame" ) in the memory doesn't work I'm currently trying to figure out a way to play cracked black ops 3 over LAN.
